Dr. Wuobar Vinkpenuba Francis is an experienced Obstetrician/Gynecologist who holds membership with both the Ghana College of Physicians and Surgeons (GCPS) and the West African College of Surgeons (WACS). With a Master of Public Health (MPH), Dr. Francis is highly skilled in delivering quality patient care with a strong focus on patient safety and quality improvement.
