Business Development Manager – Corporate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager – Corporate responsible for implementing our growth initiatives and building strong partnerships within the corporate environment. Working with the Head of the Business Development Unit, the ideal candidate will focus on identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and developing long-term relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional interpersonal skills and a proven track record in corporate business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Business Growth
- Implement strategic business development plans to achieve organizational objectives.
- Identify and evaluate potential markets, partnerships, and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts with corporate partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Partnership Development
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance market presence and drive mutual growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Achieve key performance metrics and provide regular performance updates to the Head of Unit.
- Prepare and present business development reports, including progress, challenges, and recommendations.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross functional teams to align strategies and deliver value to corporate clients.
- Provide insights and feedback from clients to inform service enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or account management within the corporate sector.
- Strong understanding of corporate sales processes and B2B relationship management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
